Position: Lead Hand Operator at Talamore Mining

Talamore Mining seeks a qualified Lead Hand Operator to oversee the safe operation of heavy equipment in Yukon. You will play a pivotal role in leading equipment operators and laborers, ensuring efficient execution of construction and maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various heavy machinery on site

• Lead daily crew activities and task assignments

• Ensure adherence to safety practices by all members

• Conduct inspections and basic equipment maintenance

• Train and mentor new operators

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license for heavy equipment

• Minimum 3 years operating heavy machinery

• Prior leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication and team leadership skills
