Successful candidates must be highly motivated individuals with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders, operate welding equipment safely, inspect finished work for quality, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to perform consistent welds in high-volume manufacturing settings.
  • Basic understanding of welding procedures, joint preparation, and heat control.
  • Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
  • Proficient with grinders, torches, clamps, jigs, and material-handling tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Follows supervisor instructions and works effectively as part of a team.
  • Understands and adheres to production schedules.
  • Produces quality welds in accordance with specifications.
  • Maintains equipment and tools in good working order.
  • Reads and interprets drawings and blueprints accurately.
