Dry Air Manufacturing Corp., a world leader in portable hydronic climate control systems, is currently seeking full-time production line welders. Successful candidates must be highly motivated individuals with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders, operate welding equipment safely, inspect finished work for quality, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of MIG welding experience.

• Ability to perform consistent welds in high-volume manufacturing settings.
• Basic understanding of welding procedures, joint preparation, and heat control.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
• Proficient with grinders, torches, clamps, jigs, and material-handling tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
