• Oversee complete plant operations from intake to shipping

• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 20 employees

• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for improvement

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Develop and maintain relationships with employees and customers
Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of manufacturing management experience

• Hands-on leadership in troubleshooting processes

• Preferred experience in unionized environments

• Knowledge of production planning and inventory management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
