Position: Senior Operator Role

• Lead agricultural herbicide production lines effectively

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities

• Mentor operators on safe manufacturing practices

• Enhance compliance with production standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a chemical or agricultural environment

• Expertise in equipment operation and maintenance

• Knowledge of SAP for work order management

• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting

• Collaboration across multiple departments
