Machine Operator at Refresco

This role reports to the Production Supervisor and emphasizes the safe and efficient operation of beverage filling and packaging equipment. Candidates will demonstrate proficiency in adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety, and quality standards while maintaining productivity. Continuous monitoring of production performance is vital in this fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor assigned production equipment safely

• Comply with health and safety policies and procedures

• Verify product quality and standards during production

• Perform efficient equipment changeovers as needed

• Maintain cleanliness in work areas throughout shifts

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in food/beverage manufacturing

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety practices

• Effective communication skills with team members

• High School Diploma or equivalent
