This developmental role covers everything from managing production activities and supervising team members to ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. You'll gain valuable experience in coaching, mentoring, and optimizing manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production and departmental daily activities

• Train and evaluate employees for optimal performance

• Coordinate with management to meet production goals

• Enforce health and safety protocols on the floor

• Conduct analysis to eliminate operational bottlenecks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing management

• Solid project management and leadership abilities

• Familiarity with safety regulations and Microsoft Office

• Preferably experience with SAP systems
