As a Test Supervisor at CoolIT Systems, lead the Test and Qualification team to uphold the highest standards in liquid cooling product testing. This full-time role focuses on team leadership and testing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise testing for liquid cooling systems and components

• Develop and maintain efficient test schedules and resource plans

• Ensure all tests follow approved protocols and documentation

• Maintain a strong safety culture through compliance and training

• Identify improvement opportunities within testing operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 3–5 years of experience in testing or production environments

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience

• Proficient in using test instruments and reading technical specifications

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication capabilities
