Production Supervisor Operations

Lead the production team at DuBois in Calgary as a Production Supervisor. This role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this key position, you will oversee approximately 13 operators, ensuring operational excellence and a culture of safety and quality. Your responsibilities will include team development, production oversight, and driving continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and meet output targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor production operators to foster high performance

• Plan and prioritize daily production tasks effectively

• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks promptly

• Implement safety and compliance protocols diligently

• Maintain housekeeping standards in a clean facility

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and D365

• Familiar with ISO and OSHA safety regulations

• Able to stand/walk for 6 hours and lift 50 lbs

• High School Diploma required, post-secondary preferred
