Westlake is seeking dedicated Packers for 12-hour rotating shifts to work with vinyl products. The role includes packing, monitoring for defects, and preparing shipments. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and basic math abilities, ensuring effective workflow and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack vinyl products according to specifications

• Identify and report defective products promptly

• Prepare cartons for safe transport and shipping

• Maintain accurate piece counts for carton stacking

• Keep work area tidy and comply with safety standards

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Ability to work 12-hour Continental shifts

• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus

• Strong communication and math skills

• Good knowledge of packing processes
