HelloFresh Production Lead

Take charge as the Production Lead at Hello Fresh, located in Calgary. You'll be overseeing staff, enhancing processes, and ensuring safety and quality in food production.

This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor and focuses on supervising associates while ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Your leadership will help optimize productivity, maintain team morale, and foster a culture of improvement and adherence to guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities of production associates daily

• Ensure necessary materials are ready for production

• Assess employees’ performance against production targets

• Communicate production goals and issues effectively

• Maintain sanitation standards throughout production shifts

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years in food processing or manufacturing

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

• Strong management skills for large teams

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
