Experienced CNC Milling Machinist

In this pivotal role, you will program and operate CNC milling machines to produce parts according to specified tolerances. Your responsibilities will include interpreting engineering drawings and selecting suitable tooling to maximize efficiency. You'll work in partnership with department leads and help train junior machinists, ensuring knowledge transfer while troubleshooting machining challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program and operate CNC machines using Mastercam
• Review and interpret engineering specifications diligently
• Choose materials and tooling for maximum precision
• Adjust settings to uphold quality and accuracy
• Conduct inspections using calibrated measuring tools
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
• Journeyman machinist trade certificate is a plus
• Experience with CAD/CAM tools like Powermill
• Required background checks for criminal and controlled goods
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities
