About the RoleAs a Class B Pressure Welder, you will play a critical role in the fabrication of standard and custom products, including pressure piping and vessels. Working from engineered drawings and blueprints, you will utilize advanced welding techniques and fitting skills to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities- Perform TIG, MIG, and Flux Core welding in accordance with approved welding procedures and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication details to fit, tack, and weld components accurately.
- Fabricate and assemble custom products, jigs, fixtures, and production components.
- Work closely with Supervisors and Lead Hands to achieve production targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Complete required production documentation and quality records.
- Ensure all work meets customer specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Experience welding stainless steel using GMAW
- Strong TIG welding experience with stainless steel and carbon steel
- MIG welding experience on stainless steel and carbon steel pipe and vessels
- Experience fitting and fabricating stainless steel and carbon steel pipe and pressure vessels
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Must be available to work our Afternoon Shift Monday to Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
