Maintenance Technician in Food Manufacturing

C.H. Guenther is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure seamless operation of manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and adherence to safety protocols. Candidates with experience from an automated food processing plant will excel, as you'll directly influence operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production machinery

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime

• Maintain cleanliness of production areas for food safety compliance

• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Document maintenance activities accurately and comprehensively

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; technical school preferred

• 5 years’ experience in industrial manufacturing

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of PLC programming and SCADA systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
