The Coater Helper works as part of a supportive, team‑oriented environment, assisting with sandblasting and coating processes and contributing to overall shop cleanliness and upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret work orders and prepare, paint, and coat productAssist the Coater with applying rubber and pyroxylin coatingsHandle raw materials and finished products; clean coating materials and equipmentPerform production bending once setup is completeComplete general shop duties, including torch cutting, saw cutting, washing, sand filling, and related tasksMeasure, inspect, label, and package in‑process and finished productsAssist with the operation and basic maintenance of coating equipmentWork collaboratively as part of a team to operate and clean the rangeFollow the Quality Management System (QMS) and complete all required quality recordsWhat You Bring:
High school diploma or GED equivalentForklift certification considered an assetPaint and coating experience considered an assetWorking knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including production, receiving, shipping, inspection and testing, traceability, nonconformances, corrective and preventive actions, document control, and record controlStrong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilitiesThank you for your interest in Advanced Bending Technologies
