You will be responsible for maintaining production flow by operating equipment and performing quality checks. This position requires a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and teamwork to support our operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate automated machines for aluminum can production

• Perform mechanical adjustments and maintenance as needed

• Conduct continuous quality checks throughout operations

• Maintain communication with Production Supervisors about equipment status

• Keep a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• 3+ years of production experience in manufacturing

• Valid forklift license required

• Mechanical inclination with knowledge of machinery

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Must work 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights
