Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance manufacturing processes for cost efficiency

• Lead troubleshooting efforts on production and quality problems

• Provide tools and fixtures to improve productivity and safety

• Maintain manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime

• Create and manage manufacturing documentation for standardization

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field

• Over 5 years of manufacturing experience

• Minimum 3 years in machine design

• Proficiency in CAD software like Solid Works

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
