DIRTT is seeking a hands-on production supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing daily operations in the Metal Production department. You'll lead and mentor the production staff, collaborate on scheduling, and enforce safety protocols while striving to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor production staff effectively

• Collaborate with planning team for scheduling and prioritization

• Implement quality control procedures to minimize defects

• Allocate personnel and equipment for optimal output

• Ensure adherence to safety training and protocols

Requirements:

• 4+ years in production or manufacturing environments

• 2+ years in supervisory roles preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

• Proficiency in metal production processes

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
