SMT Equipment Operator at OSI Systems

Join OSI Systems as an SMT Operator on the afternoon shift, focusing on assembling flexible printed circuits. You will set up and monitor SMT equipment while ensuring quality standards are met.

As part of the PFC Flexible Circuits division, this role demands operations experience with automated stencil printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens. You will troubleshoot line issues and uphold strict quality control protocols. Being detail-oriented and able to follow controlled work instructions is essential for success in this manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate pick-and-place units for circuit assembly

• Set up and calibrate SMT stencil printers

• Manage solder paste quality and inspection

• Perform AOI and X-Ray inspections as required

• Troubleshoot SMT line issues effectively

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred

• Experience in SMT line operations

• Attention to detail and defect recognition

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Basic data entry and communication skills
