In this position, you will prepare, operate, and maintain industrial packaging machines while ensuring food safety protocols are strictly followed. With frequent interaction with team members, your proactive approach will drive process improvements and quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and troubleshoot packaging portioning machines

• Package food according to weekly recipe standards

• Ensure a clean, safe food production facility

• Perform end-of-day cleanup and staging of products

• Lift and bend as required, up to 35 lbs.

Requirements:

• Experience in machine calibration and maintenance

• Proficient in inventory management and production recordkeeping

• Understanding of allergen handling and GMP

• Strong numerical and communication skills

• Self-starter with a positive attitude
