Calgary Plant Manager for VPC Group

As a Plant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our Calgary mattress-in-a-box production facility. Your leadership will build a strong operational culture focused on safety, quality delivery, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with your team to identify issues, set clear priorities, and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a culture of non-negotiable safety across operations

• Coach and develop a strong leadership and workforce team

• Ensure delivery of quality products and customer commitments

• Improve productivity, efficiency, and overall plant performance

• Establish processes to eliminate recurring quality problems

Requirements:

• 8+ years in a high-volume manufacturing environment

• Proven leadership in developing supervisors and teams

• Strong operational knowledge of production and quality

• Experience with KPIs for performance measurement

• Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma experience is advantageous
