As a Production Assembler, you will manage the assembly and packing process while adhering to customer specifications. This includes operating machinery, performing quality checks, and keeping detailed production records. You will also assist with equipment maintenance and ensure a safe production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Setup and run flexible packaging machines efficiently
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products
• Reduce scrap levels through proper machinery settings
• Maintain an organized workspace for safety and efficiency
• Record production data accurately for analysis
Requirements:
• High School Diploma and experience in manufacturing preferred
• Strong English communication skills;
Korean is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
• Knowledge of safety procedures is essential
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as assigned
