Inside Sales​/Estimator

Location: Innisfail, Alberta Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Bilton Welding and Manufacturing Ltd. (Bilton) is seeking an Estimator with a solid foundation in fabrication and a strong aptitude for learning. Prior estimating experience is not required — what matters most is a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

In this role, you’ll contribute to developing accurate and competitive proposals for complex fabrication and manufacturing projects. In this career-defining role, you’ll transform specs, drawings, and concepts into winning proposals that keep Bilton at the forefront of fabrication.

• Review proposal specifications and drawings to define work scope and estimate requirements.
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates for conceptual, design-build, and tender projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Recommend innovative, cost-effective solutions without compromising precision.
• Manage client clarifications and deliver on time, high-impact proposals.

• 3-5+ years of fabrication, shop, or industrial experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/MRP software (M2M an asset).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork abilities.
