This leadership position is vital for establishing North Vector Dynamics’ manufacturing department from scratch. Ideal candidates will bring over 10 years of experience in scaling complex hardware systems, especially in regulated environments like aerospace.
Your role will involve not just initiating production workflows but also building a robust quality management system to enhance our compliance and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scale CM-70 production from prototype to full operations
• Guide AS9100 certification with quality management systems
• Define workflows and tooling for pilot production
• Manage supply chain and quality/compliance staff
• Drive continuous improvement through production KPIs
Requirements:
• 10+ years' experience in industrial manufacturing
• Proven success in building quality management systems
• Hands-on experience with pilot line development
• Strong project management instincts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
