Position: Forklift Operator Needed for Production Lines
Refresco is hiring a Forklift Operator to enhance productivity in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Ensure quality and safety as you operate forklifts and manage inventory.

With a focus on food safety and efficient operations, this role requires around three years of experience, especially within a fast-moving packaged goods environment. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, adhering to GMPs, and collaborating with teams to improve processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts with a focus on safety and efficiency

• Load full goods and conduct thorough inspections

• Clean production areas as required

• Report any discrepancies in inventory to management

• Participate in safety assessments and assist production

Requirements:

• Valid Forklift certification essential

• 3+ years in a manufacturing or beverage production role

• Strong understanding of production machinery

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

• High School education required
