Rigger and Cable Splicer Position

Join Ben-Mor as a Wire Rope Splicer and Rigger in a full-time, on-site role. This position demands precision and problem-solving skills to produce high-quality cable solutions.

In this permanent role, report to the Production Supervisor and support key operational objectives. Your main duties will include splicing cables, manufacturing slings, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The ability to operate hydraulic presses is also essential for this role, alongside teamwork and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Splice cables accurately for various applications

• Manufacture and assemble wire rope slings

• Measure, cut, and coil cables as required

• Follow all procedures and report on production

• Conduct inspections for compliance and strength

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Experience with steel cable splicing preferred

• Capability to read measurements precisely

• Good manual dexterity and physical fitness

• Organized and detail-oriented individual
