Position: Assembler for Flexible Packaging Solutions
Flair Flexible Packaging is looking for a Production Assembler to optimize machine performance and ensure high-quality packaging solutions. Focus on efficiency and waste reduction in manufacturing operations.

This role requires you to efficiently assemble and pack products while adhering to established labeling and packaging standards. You'll need to operate machinery, conduct quality checks, and maintain production data logs. Collaborating with the shift leader and maintenance personnel is also essential for equipment upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate flexible packaging machinery and adjust settings

• Stack film and ensure compliance with customer requirements

• Conduct thorough quality checks on all products

• Keep the workspace well-organized and clean

• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with preferred manufacturing experience

• Proficient in English;
Korean language skills beneficial

• Attention to detail for quality assurance

• Familiarity with safety protocols in production

• Ability to carry out diverse assigned tasks efficiently
