Step into the Leadhand role at Modine’s Fanmod department, guiding your team through the afternoon shift. Ensure benchmarks in production, quality, and safety are consistently achieved.

As the Leadhand, you will oversee operations from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This position is pivotal in managing daily activities and supporting team members through effective coaching and task assignment. Your focus on quality assurance and workplace safety will enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and support your Fanmod team throughout the shift

• Assign and prioritize tasks according to production needs

• Ensure adherence to production schedules and output targets

• Monitor workflow to minimize downtime and adjust resources

• Maintain quality standards across all products

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Experience in manufacturing or production required

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

• Basic computer skills for documentation
