ICE Western, a leader in custom HVAC solutions, is seeking an Assembly & Production Supervisor with 3–5 years of supervisory experience. You will lead a dedicated team to meet production schedules and quality standards, using your excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate HVAC assembly activities and operations
• Ensure all units meet safety and quality specifications
• Train and mentor assembly staff for skill development
• Conduct safety meetings and production briefings
• Monitor inventory and report material shortages
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years in HVAC or manufacturing supervision
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of safety regulations in manufacturing
• Experience with process improvement methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production systems
