You will gain experience in Casework, Woodshop, and Metalshop while ensuring operational efficiency. Adaptability and teamwork are crucial for overcoming challenges and minimizing bottlenecks in production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keep production running smoothly under demanding conditions
• Read and interpret work instructions and diagrams
• Perform regular equipment checks and resolve issues
• Utilize basic tools for precise measurements
• Report malfunctions and maintain organization at all times
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Familiarity with production or assembly environments
• Strong manual dexterity and organizational skills
• Physically able to stand and lift as needed
• Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage
