As the Plant Manager, you will oversee the Calgary production facility, responsible for driving accountability, productivity, and efficiency. Your proactive role will involve building a strong team, optimizing operational performance, and embracing a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a culture where safety is paramount
• Mentor a strong leadership team and improve workforce engagement

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of manufacturing leadership experience
