Position: Sanitation Manager at Ready-to-Eat Facility
Take charge as a Sanitation Manager at our Ready-to-Eat meals production facility in Calgary, Alberta. This full-time role focuses on food safety and sanitation standards.

In this vital position, you will oversee sanitation operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Your leadership will guide a team of sanitation supervisors and staff, driving continuous improvements in safety and efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage schedules and maintain high sanitation standards to uphold product safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of sanitation supervisors and staff

• Deliver training on chemical handling and sanitation practices

• Maintain sanitation labor planning and contractor task reviews

• Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment

• Monitor and report key sanitation metrics daily

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Food Science or related field

• Minimum 3 years of sanitation experience in food manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety standards

• Proven problem-solving skills with data-driven approaches

• Flexibility to work weekends and nights as needed
