You’ll oversee approximately 60 employees, ensuring day-to-day operations are efficient and safe, while developing systems that enhance accountability and scalability. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee welding, fabrication, bending, and painting operations
• Establish and monitor KPIs for production efficiency
• Develop practical processes for accountability and scalability
• Coach department leads and build team culture
• Manage facility safety and maintenance
Requirements:
• Experience in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing
• Proven experience managing manufacturing facilities
• Strong technical foundation from trades or engineering
• Track record of improving operational processes
• Commercially aware with budget management experience
