This experienced Machine Operator assignment leads a client team during scheduled shifts. You will train and supervise team members, identify maintenance issues, and provide technical guidance. The work focuses on equipment quality, product standards, and organized sorting operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise team members throughout each shift
- Identify maintenance issues and order required repairs
- Provide technical guidance to team members
- Inspect equipment and products against quality standards
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- Preferred experience operating industrial machinery
- Familiarity with safety procedures and industrial PPE
- Basic math computation skills
- Steel-toed footwear in good repair
