Production Shift Lead

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and currently looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to lead our client's team. If you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet productivity targets, we want to hear from you!

• Train and supervise team members on shift.
• Identify any maintenance issues, order repairs and offer technical guidance.
• Inspect equipment and products for quality purposes ensuring standards are met.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized sorting area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership team.

• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication.
• Experience with operating machinery is preferred.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of PPE in an industrial setting.
• Computation of basic math skills.

• Exposure to dust and loud noise (hearing protection provided).
• Ability to lift, carry, and move pallets and materials weighing up to 85 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Must have steel-toed footwear in good repair.
