General Manager Manufacturing Division

As General Manager, Manufacturing Division, you will lead our manufacturing operations across British Columbia and Alberta with full accountability for performance, quality, profitability, and long-term growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a successful manufacturing business and build the systems, leadership, and operational capabilities required to support substantial expansion in the years ahead.
This role extends far beyond production. You will oversee every aspect of the manufacturing business, including quality, procurement, maintenance, safety, capacity planning, leadership development, and operational strategy.

The Opportunity  This role has a clear mandate: elevate the Manufacturing Division from a collection of strong operations into a highly aligned, performance-driven organization capable of supporting Centra's long-term growth ambitions.
You will be responsible for establishing the standards, accountability, and leadership discipline that define how our facilities operate. Through your Plant Managers and leadership teams, you will create consistency across locations, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure every facility is operating at a level that inspires confidence throughout the organization.
The successful candidate will bring structure where it is needed, raise expectations where they belong, and develop leaders who can execute at a higher level. This includes strengthening operational discipline, improving cross-functional alignment, driving continuous improvement, and creating an environment where problems are prevented rather than repeatedly solved.
