Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a highly motivated individual with a safety mindset and commitment to growth to join our Production Team.
- Assemble, fabricate, and inspect windows and doors to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Review production orders and prepare materials using hand tools, power tools, saws, and automated equipment.
- Assemble window and door components, including frames, glass panels, hardware (hinges, locks, handles), seals, and screens.
- Perform sealed unit glazing, screen fitting, packaging, and other production-related tasks as required.
- Safely operate production machinery and equipment, including saws, pneumatic tools, and automated welders.
- Conduct quality inspections and measurements throughout the production process to ensure product accuracy and workmanship.
- Identify and report product defects or quality concerns.
- Prepare finished products for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and loading materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
