Location: Sundre
Operate Alta Gas fractionation systems in Sundre while applying process knowledge, chemical monitoring, and safe operating practices across plant operations.
As Operator 3, you will support reliable fractionation plant and tank farm operations for the Enerchem Partnership team. Reporting to the Assistant Plant Manager, you will work independently across plant and yard activities. The position focuses on logs, maintenance, samples, testing, product movement, and process transitions.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete plant and chemical logs, maintenance, sampling, and laboratory testing
- Monitor chemical flows and troubleshoot chemical pumps
- Operate towers, exchangers, condensers, pumps, and filtration systems
- Transition plant operations between recycle and production modes
- Support tank movements, trucking documentation, and loading activities
- High School Diploma or GED
- Process equipment, pump, tank, piping, or chemical systems experience
- Product transfer experience considered an asset
- 4th or 5th Class Power Engineering certification considered an asset
- Ability to work independently across plant and yard operations
