Farm Supervisor Crop Operations

Lead crop operations at Blue Grass Sod Farms Ltd. using farm machinery, safety procedures, and production records. This permanent role requires physical, on-site work.
As Farm Supervisor, you will oversee growing and other crop-related operations in a rural area. The work includes weeding, maintaining financial, quality control, production records, and logs. You will also supervise five to ten people, hire and train staff, and negotiate service arrangements with clients.
