We are seeking a bold, insightful, and passionate candidate for our fast‑growing national Creator Marketing team. In this role, you will focus on one of the world’s most recognizable companies, supporting day‑to‑day execution of creator programs across multiple platforms.

• Manage the full creator process for programs including influencer identification, vetting, negotiation, contracting, management, and reporting.
• Manage multiple creator projects to ensure deadlines are met, reporting is thorough, and budgets are continuously met.
• Coordinate program integration with specialties such as Insight and Analytics, Social and Creative, and Paid Performance.
• Lead development of content and brand overview documents for creators outlining program creative requirements, communication mandatories, and contractual expectations.
• Support the growth of our influencer marketing business through great work, exceptional storytelling, and building strong internal and external relationships.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest B2B and B2C creator marketing trends, including disclosure requirements and performance best practices.
• Act as a champion and evangelist for the value of thoughtful, rigorous, and creative influencer marketing both within the Edelman network and across the marketing industry.

• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in Digital, Content or Brand Marketing including social media and community management.
• At least 2 years within creator‑specific marketing, including identification of creators, managing creator programs, outreach strategies, content planning, contracting/negotiations, paid promotion, and reporting.
• Experience working with B2B clients or a deep understanding of the B2B creator marketing industry.
• Passion for creator marketing and its evolving landscape.
• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple programs with tight deadlines.

• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, ideally with agency experience.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills, and a sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated interest and understanding of the B2B tech marketing space, enterprise technology, AI industry, and integrated creator marketing principles.
• Well‑developed presentation capabilities – both in providing compelling and detailed counsel to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong ability to manage multiple programs and understand processes for executing seamless influencer programs.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium‑to‑large‑sized projects simultaneously that include digital content development.
• Clear understanding of the creator marketing landscape, including the tech industry and top tech journalists, outlets, and influencers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop creator plans.
• Strong research, writing, and editing skills.
• Ability to use social media platforms for story mining and industry trend spotting.
• Ability to interact with clients professionally and maintain relationships with influencers/content creators.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of internal contacts (junior staff, peers, and senior staff), demonstrating consistently high verbal and written communication.
