Job Description

Your Team

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’re part of the Calgary Marketing Team, supporting both Homes and Communities teams across Alberta. You collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Care, and regional marketing partners to bring our brand to life at every customer touchpoint—from showhomes and events to websites and social media.

This role is highly hands-on and operational, blending creative marketing execution with field coordination. You’ll work with trades, printers, installers, and vendors to ensure our communities are presented to the highest standard while delivering exceptional customer experiences both in person and online. Occasional travel to Edmonton may be required

Your Key Deliverables

  • Set up, maintain, and audit showhomes and point-of-sale locations to ensure consistent brand standards, cleanliness, and presentation
  • Support customer experience initiatives, including homeowner gifts and special touches throughout the buying journey
  • Maintain brand standards across marketing assets, locations, and external partners
  • Build and deploy email marketing campaigns through the CRM system
  • Coordinate the creation, proofing, and distribution of marketing materials, including signage, print collateral, and digital assets
  • Manage photo, video, and Matterport tours to showcase homes and communities
  • Coordinate the distribution, installation, and tracking of signage
  • Track marketing costs, approve invoices, and support budget management
  • Support in-person and virtual events such as grand openings and community activations
  • Assist in developing promotional strategies, schedules, and timelines
  • Collaborate with Alberta and North American marketing teams to implement programs and share best practices
  • Prepare and submit award packages as required
  • Support social media programming through content sourcing and creation

What You’ll Bring

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or Public Relations
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, CMS, and CRM systems is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and execution skills
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Comfortable working both in-office and in-field at community locations
  • Residential homebuilding or real estate marketing experience is an asset
