Join Closer to Home Community Services as a Content and Communications Expert, focusing on engaging storytelling and multimedia content. This role is essential for illustrating community impact and enhancing brand visibility.

In your role, you will assist Closer to Home with their communication initiatives by managing daily content production. Responsibilities include developing strategies, providing brand guidance, and maintaining social media engagement. You will also capture compelling stories that engage and connect the community to our mission of supporting families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive communications strategies and campaigns

• Maintain branding consistency across all agency materials

• Design, manage, and create printed and digital content

• Organize event photography for archive management

• Track engagement metrics to inform content effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or similar

• At least 3 years in media, communications, or PR

• Proficient in content management systems and analytics

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Clean Alberta driver’s abstract and insurance required
