** Are you a creative, people-person with a passion for marketing and digital content? Top Tier Education Corp. is growing its marketing team and we're looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator who brings energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn to everything they do.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a new team with real room to grow. You'll work across multiple education brands, gain hands-on experience in paid advertising, content creation, and community engagement — and be part of building something from the ground up.

** What You'll Be Doing
*** Creating engaging content for social media across multiple platforms and brands
* Building, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google
* Attending events and representing our brands in the community
* Monitoring and responding to messages and comments across social channels
* Supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives as the team grows
** What We're Looking For
*** Outgoing personality with strong communication skills — you're comfortable talking to people and showing up confidently in person and online
* Comfortable using AI tools and eager to incorporate them into your workflow
* Experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads is a strong asset — we're willing to train the right candidate
* Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities across brands
* Located in or near Calgary — this is an on-site position with flexibility when attending off-site events
