Marketing & Customer Experience Specialist
Calgary, AB LT3 Full‑time Jun 08, 2026 Yearly: $58000 - $70000

We're a Calgary-based tech company behind Skip The Depot , ReCollect, ACTCDS, and other return-and-recycling platforms used by thousands of households, businesses, and charities, globally. We're looking for one sharp, versatile person to own how we show up to our customers and our community — across creative, communications, and support.

This is a broad, hands‑on role for someone who likes wearing many hats and doing them all well.

What you’ll do

Marketing & creative  — Produce marketing materials across our brands, run and optimize paid social ad campaigns, track results, and help shape customer segmentation.

Social & community  — Own our posting schedule, create posts, coordinate campaigns, manage charity collaborations, and handle social queries our AI can’t.

Customer experience  — Be the friendly, capable voice our customers reach: email, phone, and app‑store reviews (including turning around the tough ones), payment fixes, and charity approvals.

Pitch in  — Report bugs to our dev team, staff trade‑show booths, and back up our Ops Manager on driver issues and route creation.

What we’re looking for

3–5 years  in marketing, communications, or a similar generalist role — ideally at a startup, agency, or small brand where you did a bit of everything.

Excellent written and spoken English . You write cleanly, adapt your tone, and can handle a tense customer with grace. This one’s non‑negotiable.

A real eye for design  and comfort in creative tools (Photoshop or similar).

Sharp attention to detail  — you’re the kind of person who notices the typo, catches the payment error, and double‑checks the booth setup.

Strong computer skills  and fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude).

Bonus : experience running social ads, working with charities/nonprofits, or in DTC/e‑commerce customer support.

You’ll have real ownership across multiple brands, variety in every day, and a direct hand in how a growing Canadian tech company connects with its customers and communities.
