In this full-time role, you will report to the Manager of Pricing & Promo Strategy. Your responsibilities include offering optimized recommendations based on data analysis, collaborating with merchandising, marketing, and analytics teams. You'll ensure promotions align with customer needs, frequency, and product showcases while preparing strategy reviews for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize promotional strategies to enhance customer value
• Analyze data for effective marketing recommendations
• Facilitate regular strategy reviews and action plans
• Support print flyer and postcard creative layouts
• Communicate findings to senior stakeholders with clarity
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in marketing, advertising, or merchandising
• University degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Experience with merchandising financials is an asset
