What you’ll do

  • Lead internal communications strategies and plans that support HR-led initiatives and business priorities.
  • Create and manage compelling content across channels including employee updates and all employee calls, employee experience communications, recruitment and onboarding content, and leader communications.
  • Develop employee and team profiles that spotlight the work and impact of our people.
  • Contribute to crisis communications and cybersecurity communication planning and preparedness as well as other communications projects as they arise.
  • Manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders delivering high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.

  • Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of progressive experience in journalism or communications, ideally including internal communications or similar experience.
  • 3+ years partnering directly with senior leaders in a large organization to develop and deliver communications strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
