What you’ll do

Lead internal communications strategies and plans that support HR-led initiatives and business priorities.

Create and manage compelling content across channels including employee updates and all employee calls, employee experience communications, recruitment and onboarding content, and leader communications.

Develop employee and team profiles that spotlight the work and impact of our people.

Contribute to crisis communications and cybersecurity communication planning and preparedness as well as other communications projects as they arise.

Manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders delivering high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

6–10 years of progressive experience in journalism or communications, ideally including internal communications or similar experience.

3+ years partnering directly with senior leaders in a large organization to develop and deliver communications strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
