Moby Events Manager

Drive impactful events with Moby, a leading telecommunications provider in Calgary. This hybrid, full-time role oversees the full event lifecycle across B2B and B2C engagements while fostering community connections.

As an Events Manager at Moby, you will own end-to-end event planning and execution, targeting both B2B and B2C formats. Collaborate closely with a small, entrepreneurial team to manage logistics, budgets, and post-event analysis. Your expertise in event strategy will support sales pipelines and strengthen brand presence across Alberta and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full event lifecycle from planning to post-event follow-up

• Manage the Brand Ambassador program and coordinate vendor payments

• Maintain a master event calendar with key milestones

• Distribute leads to vertical directors after each event

• Develop creative guerrilla events to engage clients

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of event coordination or planning experience

• Degree in Marketing or Event Management

• Proficiency with CRM and email marketing platforms

• Strong organizational skills for simultaneous event management

• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
