Drive marketing efficiency as Tiller’s Marketing Operations Manager in Calgary, AB. This full-time opportunity requires a strategic mind to enhance our marketing processes and deliver high-quality campaigns.

In this role, you will take ownership of Tiller's marketing systems and workflows. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll manage Hub Spot optimally, execute account-based marketing initiatives, and undertake project management tasks. Your attention to detail will ensure that marketing efforts meet ambitious growth targets through efficient execution and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and improve Tiller’s marketing technology stack

• Optimize Hub Spot CRM for effective lead management

• Lead project management for marketing initiatives

• Coordinate with teams for seamless project delivery

• Execute, QA, and analyze email marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• 5+ years in marketing operations, especially with B2B SaaS

• Strong project management capabilities for multi-stage work

• Hands-on experience with Hub Spot and reporting metrics

• Familiarity with collaborative tools like Asana or Clickup

• Experience utilizing AI tools for marketing enhancement
