About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a fast-growing organization in the real estate development space undergoing a major brand and growth transformation.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a Regional Marketing Manager to lead all marketing efforts for the Calgary market, directly supporting sales performance, brand positioning, and customer engagement.

This is a highlymercial role where marketing plays a critical part in driving revenue, supporting sales teams, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience across multiplemunities.

What You’ll Do

Lead and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with sales targets and business growth

Partner closely with Sales Leadership to drive pipeline performance, lead quality, and conversion

Manage agencies and oversee campaign execution across digital, events, and onsite experiences

Support realtor enablement through tools, training, and marketing programs

Monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets with a strong ROI focus.

What We’re Looking For

6–10 years of marketing experience in amercial, sales-driven environment

Proven ability to drive business results, not just execute campaigns

Strong digital marketing expertise (performance marketing, CRM, analytics)

Experience collaborating closely with sales teams and external partners

Background in real estate, homebuilding, or other high-consideration industries is preferred.
