As the Lead Strategist, you will steer the commercial activities for APMC’s natural gas marketing, focusing on optimizing performance in trading and origination.
Your role will be crucial for establishing priorities that align with market opportunities while managing associated risks. You will work in tandem with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across all commercial activities, driving strategic initiatives to enhance value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and execute commercial strategies for gas marketing
• Drive portfolio value optimization across key areas
• Define origination and marketing priorities based on corporate goals
• Oversee negotiation and structuring of commercial contracts
• Maintain critical stakeholder relationships in the market
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in gas marketing and origination
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics
• Strong understanding of Canadian gas market dynamics
• Expertise in negotiating complex agreements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Lead the charge in shaping APMC’s natural gas strategy and market presence.
