Position: Pricing and Promotions Consultant at Mark's
Drive strategic promotional planning at Mark's as a Pricing and Promotions Consultant. Utilize analytics and marketing expertise to optimize offers and enhance customer engagement.

In this role, you will report to the Manager of Pricing and Promo Strategy, working autonomously to optimize promotional activities. Your 3-5 years of experience in marketing or merchandising will be pivotal as you provide consultation on offer selection and promotional strategies. You will lead meetings to present findings and facilitate recommendations that directly impact business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make recommendations for optimizing promotional offers

• Consult with Merchant and Marketing teams on strategies

• Ensure promotions meet customer value and sales goals

• Organize regular strategy reviews and track actions

• Support production of print flyer and poster designs

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in marketing or merchandising roles

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Strong communication and influencing skills

• Experienced with Microsoft Office and analytics tools

• Ability to work autonomously and manage projects
